    data base only no vbulletin 4 license, however I can give you an account that has 4 vbulletin licenses but the 3.xx versions with the purchase. Theme is professional and paid for.

    I havn't been updating this site so traffic has went down a lot. Site can run adsense and is clean and has no warez or other illegal stuff. Paypal payment required. Thanks for your interest.
