Selling Successfull Company

As I have alreday said, the site was sold for $750

 

Hm, this is interested, but why would you sell something for $750 if you will get that much in less that 2 weeks? I don't get it.

 

Becouse I have to go back to work now and will not have any time at all to run this and I wanted a quick sale

The original buyer failed to pay so this is what I am going to do,

The site is now for sale again. $750 now from the $7,000 starting price as I have no proof of stats of earnings

Please Pm or post offers ASAP as I need a quick sale.

you really need to provide stats.

I am sure you are honest as the next bloke but this is a business environment. most people on here are savvy and wont part with their money until they see evidence of what has been advertised.

I am thinking aloud here, so dont be taken a back.. the average trader on here thinks like this :

1. a site that earns $2,000 profit per month, implicitly means there must be a lot of traffic to your site.

2. potential saleable price of $20,000 (10x monthly earnings)

3. yet no proof of income or visitors

4. not even an image capture of a pay-pal statement showing transactions.

5. but seling for $750-00, wheres the catch ?

6. with a potential selling price of $20,000, even at $10,000 or even $5,000... collating your income statements and other stats (eg traffic) would be a very good incentive if it meant you could get a sell price in the thousands of $'s instead of hundreds of $'s.

Hi, I have reduced the price to suit having no stats and proof of earnings.

I do have quite a lot of traffic to my site and I have many buyers buying on forums that I advertise on to

I never thought the value would really be $20,000 as that is a lot more than $750 isn't it

I am selling for $750 for a very good reason, I have not stats and proof and I need a quick sale as the money made will be the money that I live off from now until I get back to work so I need a quick sale

there could be but there is no reference to say those stats are for your site.

your website host will definitely have something called awstats. do a screen capture of that and show it on here.

So then you couldn't pay someone 100 bucks a week to run it if its only 1 hour then thats 14$ bucks an hour for 7 hours/1 per day.

Would this not make alot of cents ( hehe ) to do and keep the 1600$ left over for yourself? you could even pay someone to make post's on forums for you and make more. And what may I ask are you going to pay the best SEO expert in the business to run YOUR seo forums? peanuts? lawn clippings?

Nothing is making sense here, and I don't think anyone is going to bite without any proof. Show your paypal, and try to block out the other transactions if you have to. I guess that would mean your other sites are making a pretty large amount of sales too then huh? if there is so many you can't block the ones not related out and still doing 2000$ profit a month.

Alot of what your trying to prove to us has just came up a lie, im not saying this because I don't trust you, but evidence points the other way than truth,

1. You said you didn't have proof of stats, yet you give us evidence that you do have stats, see what you just posted is the analog, an analog is the part of cpanel, cpanel = Webalizer or Awstats.


2. You said you dont have screenshots of paypal transactions, yet there is history that you have of payments, deleted them? no problem ask paypal to get your history back, im sure you knew of this, yet you still tend to deny that you have proof of transactions, when there are solutions.


3. Your Domain name seems to be registered in the begining of july, yet you said that it was renewed in july, but it says renewed in october as well & there was proof that You wrote that your company was fairly new in August


To me, alot of this sale is much too bogus for anyone to actually put a bid on sale.
