Selling source code, assets was creative commons

    So i have completed a game which is fully portable to webos, iphone and android, and i'm looking for way to monetize this opportunities.
    there are ways with advertisement..
    selling the game for $0.99..
    or selling the source code to someone with full rights to it..

    Now when i think about selling the source code to someone, i was using some arts and sound from OpenGameArt . org and FreeSound . org which license is about the same, using the creative common with commercial allowed

    Now, is it ok if i bundle the assets, and the sounds which is creative common one and sell them as a whole? would i be of any infringement to the good peoples of Open game art and free sound?
