Selling some small sites & domain names

I'm puting on sale some of my small sites, because it seems it's way too much work for one person to take care of them.

1. Digialog.com - Digital Dialog
Intended to be a gadget/tech blog. Minimal traffic/not monetized. Reasonably good domain name - and that's the most of it with only 4 articles taken from around the web.
Start price: $10
BIN: $30

2. CashAssistant.com
Ok, the name explains it pretty well - supposed to be a 'how to make money on the internet' blog/website. I'll be selling just the domain name - my experiences remain mine. Minimal traffic, not much revenue. Good domain name.
Start price: $20 because it's an inspiring domain name..
BIN: $50

3. FreshLonger.com - the jewel of the crown
Anti aging site. It's mainly an adwords/adsense optimizing experiment. Check out the layout - especially the linkunit in the left. Has 1 unique article - written by me. Unfortunately I don't have time to put in adding more articles. Still it's a good investment so I'm not going to sell it for nothing. Traffic comes mostly from advertising campaigns (I got a couple of msn search visitors as well).
Spent on adwords: about $6 over about 10 days or so.
Visitors: 60
Cost per click: about $0.10 (very expensive niche though - had to keep it low to make a profit)
Got from adsense: $14.78 (a bit over 30 clicks)
In total, average revenue for 1,000 impressions is over $10 and below $15.
Custom design/programming by me (My main goal was good design/blending. Not too much programming in this one - wanted to keep it simple).
Start price: $75, but I hope it sells for much more than that. It's a great domain name as well.
BIN: $250 (may seem too much, but hey, it's a profit-making machine! )

4. Traffic-Keyword.com
Just the domain name. Not mine, some dude wants to get rid of it, a failed experiment or something. It has a PR2.
Start price: $5
BIN: $10

All domains were registered with netfirms.com this year (January - March). The transfer would involve me passing them to another netfirms account from where you can admin them. (You can change the registrar after that if you wish)

Everything is on auction. Last bid must be received before Wednesday, April 26 2006, at noon (GMT). Post SOLD if you want to BIN. Is there anything else I need to add? Oh well.. Good luck!

PS I may not be available 24/7 if you need additional info about the websites as we Orthodox people celebrate Easter this weekend. But I'll do my best.

 

Oops, forgot, domain name digialog.com was registered with Dreamhost.com. Don't know exactly what are their transfer policies/tools.
