Selling some of my estabilshed sites - 2 arcades and a forum

I must focus all of my time and money on a new project I'm working on.
I'm selling some of my more established sites due to that (hard but you know...)

These 3 sites are all established, fully SEO-ed and promoted and have some low level revenue. All submitted to Dmoz and are on all major SE-s.
I simply had no time to complete the promotion on them.

The sites:

A huge online arcade - 1.2 years old.

The site is PR4 (might get 5 in the coming update) and gets about 3-5K uniques a month.
Revenue of about 5-10$ per month stable from adsense.
I did not monetize it but you can make lots more from banner and YPN additions to this site.

Which pulls yahoo questions and answers + members in.

Forum got custom favicon and graphics, lots of mods installed.

Currently 570 members and 829 posts (some paid posters at the beginning).

The domain alone (single one dictionary word) is worth some good $$$.

The site is PR3 (might get 4 in the coming update) , Alexa 533K and gets about 600-1K uniques a month mostly from Google.
Ranked first or top on most Se-s for "Web entrepreneur community" and also got some press releases out there.

Revenue of about 1-2$ per month from adsense.
