    It really depends on what type of software you are creating, but one option might be clickbank.com

    As others have said, it can really depend on what niche your software is in. It sounds like you're looking for something along the line of ClickBank, JVZoo..etc., but consider other methods too..Forums for example, can be another great place to sell!
