Selling Selling small but well developed Flash Games Website

Hey folks,

in this thread I want to sell my small flash games website. It's not the usual crap some 3-week webmaster try to sell you, because I putted tons of work in it.

Content: Mainly good flash games (no junk games) sorted in categories with self-made pictures but also there is a content/news section where I published news from the gaming industry from time to time. Also there is a little (not very successfull) cheat section. Most flash games have a custom ~150 word description so they rank very well in Google (see SEO). (News+Game Descriptions are unique)

Traffic: Currently about 200-250 unique visitors each day stable. At least the half comes from google. Had over 1500/day when I maintained the site.

SEO: Made many good links for the website so I got great rankings.
Examples: pandemic 2, free horror games, online horror games, sword games, scary point and click games, point and click games... there are many 3-10 places so you could increase traffic greatly with little SEO effort!

Don't get fooled by pagerank! Site did have a PR 2 but Google lowered PR because of link sales (had no effect on ranking). If you want PR just kill the link sales .

Yahoo Backlinks: 524 (except from this domain, entire site)

Income: About $1-2 a day with banner ads and link sales.

Script+Template: You can have anything you want including script, template and the games (+pictures). But you should know that the script is self made and does NOT update automatically.

PS: This site can also easily modified to a great income p*rn site because there are many people searching for "puke p*rn". Don't ask me... I know... it's pervert.

 

So if my understanding is correct, not even news and game cheats are automated and they have to be updated manually ? How much maintenance time are you spending to maintain the current visitor volume ?

 

You are right nothing is automated. If you buy the site you can just install a different script and use the content from the site if you want automated stuff.

I get the current visitors without effort. Currently the 200-250 visitors/day are reached with zero maintenance. When you upload 1-2 games a day and publishing them on the most important social news sites (eg reddit/digg) you can easily gain some hundreds more visitors with a daily effort of 15-30 minutes.
