At what point do you decide or feel it is time to sell a site? How do you determine your starting price? What strategies do you following to attract the right buyer?

When is it time to sell your website?

I don't know, is it getting any traffic or making any money?

I doubt if anybody will buy it from you if it is not.

When it has good content, good amount of traffic, and good revenue, that is when you should sell.

Monthly revenue x 10 is a good reference point for pricing.

You sell at a point when you can't spend enough time on it and your earnings go down to a point when it gets depressing
