    I didnt want to do this but i have to let this site go. The code is out of date and i cant fix it so it hasnt been working for about a year but if someone can fix it then it has a huge potential.

    -Its been down for almost a year and is still getting traffic

    -The domain is very great. Remember the domain alone has alot of value.

    -1st page on google for keyword "download youtube videos online"

    -88% new visits so if the tool worked then you would retain a lot of that

    -56% traffic from google, 17% direct, 13% bing, 5% yahoo

    -Traffic has been rising each month

    - 3 year old domain

    - PR2 (Used to be 3)

    It hasnt been bringing any income because you cant use adsense on it (adsense TOS) but if anyone knows alternatives then this site will be worth it.

    You cant use adsense because the domain has "youtube" on it and google doesn't like that. The reserve is set at $60 so it will go for anything over than that.

    the script is working?cause look have some bug

    by the way, i dont think google dont like because i have many site using same word like http://google.blog.co.in etc
    and they are fine

    i just want make sure,google did no penalized this site for adsense,

    I TAKE BIN $60

    2. if this site still can use adsense,so i need u put adsense up for 1-2 hours,so i can see its not ban by adsense yet

    Yes the script doenst work because youtube doesnt like these download sites and keeps changing methods used to get the videos. The site is not banned from google at all but the adsense wont show Just like on other big sites like Keepvid, savevid etc. Jst place abid because it ends today.

    That is the only reason? If you where to have a download site ( without youtube in domain ) ... can you use adsense?
