Selling site that makes $600 monthly with over 50k UVs monthly! Low BIN!

Hi guys, am re-listing my site again for sale as previous buyer had to attend to his real life issues and did not have the time to complete transaction. The site can be found on my signature just in case any of you ask for the url.

Traffic average UVs is about 1.5k-2.5k daily. Main sources of traffic comes from US and UK. Rev is about $15 average daily from google adsense alone. Last few days it has been hitting about $20 daily.

Sold 2 banner ad for $100 this month and another 3 text link ads for $60 this month.

Total rev monthly is about $450 average monthly from google alone, $150 average in banner ads sales, $80 from widgetbucks totalling $600 without counting in widgetbucks. Site's traffic will be going up when google indexes the pr4-8 directories that the site has been submitted to.

Site gets about 95% organic traffic from google and ranks top spot for several highly searched key phrases. Perfectly SEOed site on the go. Site is also currently 2nd page on a very competitive keyword and once it reaches 1st page traffic and revenue will jump 3-fold.

This is a niche site and this niche will last for about the next 5 years, will reveal more to the serious buyers only.

I am looking for $3.5k - 6 months BIN which is low taking into consideration that site will be making tons more money when it runs for 5 years. Reason for selling is because I am letting go of some sites to raise funds for home expenses. Site runs off wordpress blog and requires very little maintenance.

This sales thread will only last for a short while. I am only looking for serious buyers and not people who are looking to copy this idea niche.

Any C & D letters as of yet?

A few family guy and prison break sites have been shut down these last few months for copyright violations, what's your thoughts about these and your site?
