Selling site that makes $300-$400 monthly with over 50k UVs monthly! Low BIN!

Hi guys, am letting go of one of my sites unfortunately to pay some heavy bills this month. The site can be found on my signature just in case any of you ask for the url.

Last Monday it had an all high traffic of 3k+ UVs , average UVs is about 1.5k-2.5k daily. Main sources of traffic comes from US and UK. Rev is about $7 average daily from google adsense alone. Last few days it has been hitting about $8-$10, last monday it hit above $15.

Sold a banner ad for $50 this month and another text link ad for $20 this month.

Total rev monthly is about $300-$400, site's traffic will be going up when google indexes the pr4-8 directories that the site has been submitted to.

Site gets about 95% organic traffic from google and ranks top spot for several highly searched key phrases. Perfectly SEOed site on the go.

This is a niche site and this niche will last for about the next 5 years, will reveal more to the serious buyers only.

I am looking for $3.5k - 10 months BIN which is low taking into consideration that site will be making tons more money when it runs for 5 years. Site runs off wordpress blog and requires very little maintenance.

This sales thread will only last for a short while. I am only looking for serious buyers and not people who are looking to copy this idea niche.

Have gotten 2 serious offers right now, 1st offer at $2500, 2nd offer at $3500 2nd buyer may be paying via installements due to lack of cash.

First person who can deal in full payment gets the site.

 

Quick Update: yesterday's earnings was $17, today's earnings has reached $15 with another 15 hours more to go before the next day.

Update: Site has made $24.99 today with another 6 more hours to go before the end of the day.

Detailed screenshots will be provided to serious buyers. Site brought in 2157 UVs yesterday and 1444 UVs today with another 15 more hours to go before the end of the day for traffic stats. Would probably go over 3k UVs today.

Buyer has yet to deal in transaction. As of now site is still up for sale. Site has been making an average of $15 daily now compared to $7 daily when site was first posted for sale.
