    Website: SoutheastDealers.com

    Income: Site has made around $250-$350 a month consistently for the past three months (Jan, Feb, March).

    Traffic: Roughly 125-200 visitors daily through search engine referrals.

    Description: The site has been operational since last July. SoutheastDealers.com is a directory of car insurance companies and car dealerships in the Southeast United States, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. It also includes several unique articles.

    Details:     The design is custom-made and very attractive. Site generates income through AdSense and NetQuote (insurance quote affiliate program). Recently, the majority of the income has been through AdSense.

    Accepting offers: Above $2,000. (PayPal / Fedex + Check)

    On a side note, there does appear to be an issue with the website. It starts loading and then hangs. Further, the links are not working at the time of this post.

    Site is loading fast as anything for me. It's on a very good dedicated server at The Planet. I'll check to see if there was any downtime tonight.

    With the Yahoo! update overnight, SoutheastDealers.com is finally ranking very well in Yahoo!. Top 5 for the keywords car insurance quotes and car dealerships, two very popular terms. Also ranking for tons of smaller terms.

    It's doing great in Google, Yahoo, and MSN now.
