Is the profit guarantee $200 stabil? or even more? I couldn't see the $200 profit screenshot..? what about the hosting cost?

 

I's not exactly $200 a month, it's more of an average of $178 per month over three months. It has brought in $534 in those three months, and this is very stable. If you do not make $178 without doing anything, it will at least be extremely close to it. I have received 35 more members signing up, and have made another $14 in 2 days.

How long does it take to maintain the site and what do you have to do?

It takes about 4-5 minutes a day. All you have to do is:

- Login to your cj.com account and see who has completed the offer
- Login to refer4freegifts.com and give those users who have completed the offer credit for completing it.

That's it. Some days there is more work than others. I will show the buyer of this site how to do everything (via phone if in the US) or online for anybody.

Taking any offers higher than $900, BIN is $1100.

How the sale will work:

-Buyer sends payment via paypal
-I give the buyer the login information to the webhosting/dedicated server account
-Buyer takes out all of the site files as well as mysql database from webhosting
-I transfer domain name to buyers godaddy.com account

I'm willing to split the fees for escrow with the buyer if need be, still looking for paypal. I would rather just a payment via paypal, and then the delivery of the information and website so that we can make it a quick and smooth transaction. Escrow tends to be much longer.

The owner of the site, (Me or the buyer) gives them the free gift if they complete the offer and their 5 referrals also complete the offer. The gifts I have set up are all things you can pay for via paypal over the internet for the person.
