I'm selling an incentives site, www.refer4freegifts.com, which makes almost $200 per month. It receives good organic traffic and most of its traffic comes from people referring other people, as well as posting in blogs and other places. It runs on its own, and almost no work is needed. I will show the buyer what exactly needs to be done.

The script cost $200 from Project-rafs.com with copywrite removal licensing.

The site has been up for 3 months and I have put little to know advertisement into it. I made 2 or 3 posts in forums and digg.com to advertise. This would do great with PPC, or just letting it ride on its own.

Thanks for the login I see there is only one offer to complete are there others ? Is this a script ? If so what is it and is it licenced ? can you guarentee the income will stay the same if no more promotion is done other than has been allready ?

 

My CJ account has other affiliate programs, but this one offer (MyPoints) is the easiest for users to do. All they have to do is sign up there. This is a script, www.project-rafs.com and it is licensed through them. The income will be close to what it is now.

you say you make $200 a month, how much of it is profit? Because incentive sites have to pay their members what they earned.

 

I have already stated that I have not yet had to pay anything or give any free gifts away to members.

There are rules and terms that they must follow. They may not create more than one account at any given time. Most of the people who do complete everything with their refferals, create much more than one account. It is stated on the main page, as well as in the terms they agree to that they will not be paid if they break any of the terms. Therefore all of the money I have made has been profit. Most people give up in their efforts anyway. It's very rare to have to pay out, but its definitely possible for people to complete everything and receive their free gifts.

I have set it up that even if they do complete everything, you will still be profitting, though none of my almost 1200 members have.
