    I'm selling lockerzwatch.info, it's a tv show site and just over 1 years old... I'm throwing the hosting in with it, which is paid up until February 2012 (Offshore hosting).

    The sites traffic has been decreasing due to my lack of interest in the site, but if you put enough time back into it the traffic should rise pretty fast. Traffic comes from all the major search engines mostly google and directly from a few tv show sites...

    Revenue isn't much as i stated above due to my lack of interest in the site, it currently has only video ads (longtail) which generates about $2/ month.. this could rise if you put work into the site.. i don't have any banner ads due the lack of a good service (you could try adbrite)..
