That appraisal tool show me 110$ for one of my domains, and I have an offer of 8000 for it.
And the other one appraisal tool: 150,000 ~220,000 $
I chose the second one

 

That's exactly my point: different tool = different price.

It is just an automatic "appraisal" after all

To more realistic I think it worths between some high xx.xxx and very low xxx.xxx. It`s a brand name, even if the extention is not popular.

Online appraisal tools are Bull**it imho, in any case casino and sex and very strong markets and those words are registered in ALL KNOWN extensions, so this might mean something...

 

See if the poster who offered you $1000 on page 1 would consider making that offer via Sedo and use that offer to put it into auction, if it sells to the poster on page 1, I'm sure he'll be very happy, but as you likely know, it'll end up going for a lot more, then to reimburse the poster with the original offer for his tme in helping you get it to auction, you could send him directly some dollar as a thank you, for helping to get you a higher price.
