    Ok guys here is the update. The seller has been in touch with me over PM and insists that there is no place he specifically mentioned that the site would not be sold again and again. So he assumes that he has the right to do it. I guess I have no choice but to inform him that at no place did I specifically mention that I would not demand a refund or set up a PayPal dispute. It is only $69, so that is not the big thing. But being taken for a ride is horrible. I would recommend exercising great caution when dealing with this member.

    It is getting tiring with the PM-a-minute argument. Clearly we differ in our beliefs. You think that since you did not specifically say that you not will sell the same site over and over again, you can do so. I think that this is an important piece of information that you have withheld. If you want to discuss this further please post here -- in this thread. Given your ability to split hair, I do not want to PM you anymore.

    Update: PayPal dispute filed.

    The OP says "Unique flash design" Unique means one of a kind does it not? When a seller claims that something is unique if it is not then that is false advertising.

    All this aside, I wonder if people pay in order to find out about those card tricks...
    I knew some of the things in there through forwarded email, but I am thinking, if I hadn't and also if there were a shopping card type of thing to select magic tricks for say $1 or less a piece, I could've paid. Hmmm, that gives me some ideas...
    I wonder how paypal handles these things, do they have a jury or what?

    I just wanted to say that I've purchased several sites from kastro_316, and I've never had ANY problems whatsoever.

    Clearly, the "buyer" must've misunderstood when reading the opening post...
    "Unique flash design" is exactly what is stated. It IS UNIQUE because it was made specifically for the website being sold. That's why it shows MysticIllusions.com inside of the flash.

    .....just my 2 cents.
