Selling PSPhome.com 10,000 members - 1,121usd a month

I am willing to sell my site www.psphome.com to help fund me moving home. The site runs on vbulletin and in december last year it made 1,121usd on google adsense. The site is currently making roughly 100usd a month at the moment. The reason for the loss in revenue is because I dont have enough time to keep the site updated. If someone has time to keep the site updated then you should see an increase in revenue.

The site currently recieves just under 1000 visitors a day. Site has 11000+ pages index in google. I have attached screenshots of rev and site stats.
