    First and foremost, I never asked for a transfer fee, and he offered an additional $10 to transfer everything (more like of a service) and the offer he did was before you offer the BIN. So he was not really trying to out-BIN you because he was first.

    It was mainly my fault that stating BID was $110 when in fact it was $100 plus the "service" he will be paying me for transferring everything...

    It took me 4 days to finally host it VPS than changing from one shared hosting to another.
