    Why would postingwhiz have offered $10 over BIN to cover a transfer fee that you never asked for on this thread? Sellers don't usually ask for a fee to transfer a proxy website to the buyer's server, that's included in the BIN price. It sure looks to me like postingwhiz tried to top my BIN offer.
