No, CPAlead just setup "premium surveys" which are the highest converting and highest paying surveys and made it so you have to apply to use them. If you apply and have a tv show/movie site it will get denied. It's not like you can't make money with "non premium" surveys though. I'm still doing it with many of my other big tv show sites.
