    Selling a website that is aimed towards to release of the upcoming computer game Pro Evolution Soccer 2010.

    Estibot says the domain is worth $110 alone!

    The game is one of the biggest football games available on the market and there are millions of followers of the series.

    The site is aimed to make money via the googleads that are placed on 3 areas of the site as well as the commission that the owner makes from sales through their Amazon affiliate link.

    The release date for the game is October 16th 2009 but there is speculation that this will be moved forward 2 weeks to the 2nd October.

    This is a great opportunity for someone to get their hands on a site that has huge potential as the niche for the keywords that the site is aimed towards has almost no competition yet so you are getting into the market before others.

    The site has made £0.25 from google ads from today so far and this is the first day that the ads have been on the site.

    Traffic is low at the moment as the site is only 3 days old and the content was added yesterday but the articles are being indexed via google and thats going to have a positive effect on the SERPS.

    Research into the keywords shows that the niche is currently uncontested so you will be owning a site that is going to be a first in the market, so you have huge advantage.
