    Hey Guys,

    I am selling PR6 site http://harrythepotter.7.forumer.com/portal.php (Well, that's the PR6 page, you get the whole site).

    You won't have either mySQL or FTP access.

    Monthly Revenue: $100 (Before June)
    June's Revenue: $550
    The above revenue is through link sales at various levels.

    I am in high school so I am selling all my sites to take out time for studies.

    I need money.
    So I'd sell it to anyone who bids over $600, even if its $600.01

    Just because you don't have FTP/mySQL access, doesn't mean a hacker can take it away. You'll get a special tool connected with this forum (Different Password), so that if some hacker gets control of your forum, you can take it back from him.

    As I've stated above, the income is through link sales.
    $100 is guaranteed as I've a dedicated buyer, making it upwards through other pages depends on how hard you sell.

    Can you explain in more detail

    On the 22nd, there are 5 payments at $50 each.

    What is this for? Is it links payment? Is it $50 per month you are making, or a one off payment of $50?

    Where are the links on the site placed?

    1) It is a one time payment.
    2) The links are currently placed on the welcome panel of the portal.
    3) You have an option to place the links in the Welcome area, Link Panel, or in the announcement forum (whose thread are showed on the PR6 portal),

    I mean it is a freely hosted forum, so you won't access to FTP files or mySQL database.

    Do you have a member list that are paying a monthly fee?

    Is there an amazon ad on the backend so browsers can go and
    purchase Harry Potter or similiar books without having inventory?

    The forum is freely hosted, so you can not really ad much.

    The members are free, & there's no sort of Amazon Affiliate tie-up.

    I am selling this only on the basis of link sales, the forum, its members & posts are not important to me.
