Selling PR5 directory

    I am considering selling 1 of my directory website.Site is
    http://www.linkdirec.com/
    I started this site back in december using a different script.I ran the script until end of jan.and deleted script because of bugs,and implemented a new one.Because of that,i only have stats for this month.
    Site is linked from a PR6 site,plus 2 PR5 sites,many 4's and i have manually submitted to several directory sites,and they have all accepted site.

    Also,buyer will get 3 custome made banners for the site.Revenue is none as i have not tried to make money off the site,other than a few clicks off YPN.I used YPN to try something different other than adsense.Site is not banned from using adsense,just was my choice.
    I reserve the right to refuse any and all bids,and close auction at anytime.

    Site is using a paid version of wsn links
    PR6 link has been paid for since dec,and set to run out march7.will supply winner with person i bought link from(only paying $13 a month)as well as the PR5 links
    Buyer MUST MOVE SITE themself within a month,as i do not have time to move it.Or can stay on my server for a fee of $5 a month for 1 gig space,15 gig BW

    are they only for 14 days of Feb ? of all Feb ?

    As i said..I have had the domain up since dec of last year,with another script running.The script had lots of bugs in it,so i deleted the entire account off my server,and put up a new site,new script,with same domain that has been up since dec,that has had the same links pointing to that name.Thats why stats are from Feb 14.
