    It isn't monetized but traffic has been going down. It's getting difficult to moderate and I want to focus on building my other site, TechGeeks.

    This site might be useful for some blackhat SEO or something because it's PR3 or it could be good for getting links. It gets around 50 unique visits a day now.

    If you buy I'll put a file on the site so you know I actually do own it but it could take 1-2 days to start the transfer because my host has to do it (I don't have access to the domains).
