    Selling ihealthdirectory.com

    Its a pr3 Directory that ranks 80 in www.google.com under "Health Directory".

    The site has had steady payments over the last year but I don't have proof as when I updated the phpld version I lost this info.

    Avergage daily visits is below which can be proven by stats if necessary.

    May 2008 - 107
    Apr 2008 - 180
    Mar 2008 - 75
    Feb 2008 - 93
    Jan 2008 - 67

    This is really a headache for a serious buyer to develop the site in future.

    How much for these lifetime links in total? Can you provide the contact information for the link owners so that the new owner can contant them and make refunds to remove links?

    Yeh I sold them fairly cheap "$9.99 each" so not to much of a big deal.

    Worst it could ever cost you is $100 if you gave 100% refund.
