    The domain is in the format: www.topicforums.com, but PM me for the actual URL. As you see, the domain is worth a lot just by itself.

    The site is ranked #4 in MSN for "topic" and #16 in Yahoo for "topic"

    "topic" is searched for 28,000 times per month in overture

    Forum Software: vBulletin 3.5

    Adsense is integrated into the threads

    2,000 posts
    250 threads
    306 members

    Averages something like 5 posts per day usually, but I've stopped promoting it and in the past week the posting has dropped off a little.

    PM me for the awstats URL and domain name. The domain is a PR 3. Site age is actually about a year and a half, but it's been active since January.

    Currently no income, but with regular traffic I would expect it.

    Anything else just ask.

    I am selling because I have too many websites and can't keep track of them all!

    George the word "topic" isn't literal.. he's using that word to mask his actual URL and keyword...
