Selling Selling PR2 Rabbit Site, Ranked on Google, Includes Free Hosting

I'm selling rabbitbreeding.info, the site is built with an SEO optimized Wordpress template, with about 90 pages of unique content written for this site. Site has various WP plugins and all the basic SEO needed to make Wordpress search engine friendly.

Around 70% of traffic is organic, mostly from Google, almost all of it from US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Yahoo shows about 900 backlinks to the site.

Site is currently making an average of $15-$20 a month from AdSense and an affiliate link, but this is with zero effort, there is lots of room for improving this significantly. Very little work was done on this, except for the initial SEO and occasional new article.

The rabbit niche has a good volume of searches and not much competition, and the products that can be sold are fairly expensive - cages go for $100-$300.

Since I'm not really doing anything with the site, it makes sense to sell it to someone that has the time to work it properly.

Bidding starts at $100, BIN is $250, and there is a reserve price that must be met for me to sell it.

I can help the buyer move the site as well as offer free hosting for 1 year if sold at BIN. If buyer needs any basic help with Wordpress, I can also help for the first couple of days after the sale.

Wanted to add that sale will include contact info for the writer who created most of the posts. She's good, knows the market, and fairly cheap at less than $5 a post, which she can upload by herself. So, at $5/week you have fresh, quality content, and all you need to do is promote the site.
