    Hi
    I am looking to sell this keyword rich site that I recently created. The site is PR2 and has about 15,000 searches per month in google. The site appears on the first page (it was 5th when I last checked) on google for the key word. Not much income and traffic on the site as it is yet to be developed.

    This is not an auction and the site is available for sale at $25 only. The first person making agreeing to buy the site at the price mentioned will get the files and the domain.

    Domain is registered at godaddy.
