    I get advertisiers by posting the link in the digitalpoint forums ( directory category) and http://www.phplinkbid.com. If you build backlinks and get high pr, advertisers will come to you. I also get some from google for the search term "bid directory"

    its via paypal but through escrow, escrow is a service that protects the buyer and the seller in an online sale, there wont be any charge for you.
