    I am selling this site I recently bought because I am planning on starting a forum site instead and I need another domain for that. Here is the URL. The site is automated, all categories are setup and it has wp-o-metrics installed and working.

    This deal will include:

    --> Domain name
    --> All Files and SQL
    --> all plugins (lets you rate, vote etc)

    PM sent. Just to let all others know that I wasn't using ad-sense on this site since I bought it 2 weeks ago. I applied to adsense just to see if it will get approved or not. That's my first adsense account and it got approved within an hour. I am not sure if it is good or not but I can ensure that its a great domain and can earn. It is PR2 and has couple backlinks.

    All categories has been setup to get latest posts automatically

    As I said before, I just bought this website a week ago and I setup adsense 2 days ago just as a test. I am not planning on make $ for this site because I am selling it.

    yes it is, because when you post a site for auction, DP's own tool check it and shows it under the details. Those details on top about PR and backlinks are not entered by me, DP's tools checks and shows it for you. Try another and good PR checker tool.
