Fellow members,

I am selling my most profitable website to raise some funds for my upcoming project. This website i am selling is a popular Video searching website, that make nice income from adsense monthly. It is open to public at 24th Aug 2007 and has make $100+ from adsense for just August . For September it has made $600+(effort make for advertising), and up to now october, it has make 230+(no advertising, just leave it alone) till now. See proof for revenue for last 3 months.

It receive 500 to 700 uniques daily. For google ads placement wise, its is optimised in such a way that it recevie around 170 to 250 clicks per day. That is around 30% of the visitors clicks on the ads. Please refer to the attachment for proof. For the traffic, majority are direct bookmarks.

I am only using adsense on this website due to the time constraint of me, however, it has to potential to generate more income by, using other programs like pop ups(which i think visitors will not like), selling advertisments monthly etc.

Revenue Details:
Make revenue mainly from adsense. See Attachment. Do not need to advertise to get revenue, but you can advertiste to increase revenue. Without advertising, it is able to get around 280 to 300+ revenue monthly, that is around 10+ dollars daily from adsense on just auto pilot. You just need a web host. For the revenue details, on days, where there are lesser then $10 is due to the drop in the cost per clicks, the amount of clicks are constant( around 170 to 250+)

Traffic Details:
It gets 500 to 700 unqiues daily. The stats are from statscounter.com.

Here are the latest stats Updated. For those who are concern abt putting adsense on non content sites are against TOS, what i can say is that now i am 100% sure that it does not violate the adsense TOS. I have included content!! So now buyer can be assure that their adsense account are secured

i am surprise i did not get as much response that i thought i will get.. can any1 enlighten me? is it becuase of the price? is 10 X monthly revenue..too much for the value for the site? if it is, i will definitely lowered the price to make this a fair deal
