Filelime.com is a free 150MB uploader. Users have the ability to upload videos, pictures, music, or anything else via a form. Once a file is uploaded, the user gets a direct link to the file in which they can share, download, or do anything else with. Filelime is really a great service because it offers no waits, or signup! I am selling the site to help fund some other bigger projects I have brewing.

Traffic + Sources
Filelime launched in July and since then has prospered traffic wise. In July the site launched and reached a mere 1216 unique visitors. Two months later in September there was 33,056 unique visitors. In October this number rose to 56,043 unique visitors. In November the site reached a record high 98,900 unique visitors, and so far for December there has been 64,482 unique visitors and rising.

I have put some money into advertising Filelime. Filelime got a lot of traffic from 2girls1cup.com (NWS) and its network of sites. Our advertising deal just ended with 2g1c, but there is still a heavy flow coming in daily from other sites. I have also advertising on offtopic.com (popular forum), whos.amung.us, blogs, and some other NWS sites. I just ran a contest for the site where I gave away an iPod touch to a random user that blogged about Filelime, therefore the site has been blogged about a lot, and continues to have a steady flow of traffic.

Other Information
Filelime runs on the popular upload script Filechucker. Filechucker is not a free upload script, as you must buy a license for it. The license is already paid for so you won’t have to worry about that.

For the winning buyer, you can choose the option of keeping the site on my friends server or I can move it to your server at no cost with all the files. My friend charges me $20 a month for unmetered space / bandwidth (reasonable) and he uses AIM so he is easy to reach and contact. I would recommend staying on my friend’s server because it is fast, and he is easy to reach on AIM in case there are any problems.And heck, for $20 bucks a month you can’t go wrong.
With that being said, Filelime has to date used roughly 16 GB of disk space, and roughly 1500 GB of bandwidth.

That pretty much sums up everything about the site. The site has done well, and many users like it for its fast upload and ease of use. The site also has a lot of traffic which can turn into more profits.

$20 a month if you stay on my host like it says in the original post. I don't know how much if you switch hosts.

When you say that the auction will end when bidding reaches $2900 does it mean that you will not sell for lower than that or is 2900 the BIN?

 

$2900 is the BIN, but I'd like to get close to that price, or best offer...
