Selling PLR/MRR products

I see alot of people listing huge lists of ebooks and PLR products for $7!
What bothers me is alot of the products they are selling have MRR yes..BUT if you read the resell rights clearly some products state you CANNOT sell these products for less than $17,$27 etc so clearly they are either not reading the rights, they bought the products with no MRR doc inside or they don't care.
I mean i just read a post for FORUM SUBMITTER PRO $2 with master resell rights? All this does is devalue the product. Some people say its not worth anything because of duplicate content. REWRITE the articles use synomyzer or combine them with your own work.
Whats the policy on selling this type of stuff?

Most stuff with RR's are worth adding as a bonus only.

I just found a guide on Ebay for $1ish that's a popular one on Ebay in a certain niche (sells for $40 at the site).

If you can get MRR (direct from originator to cover you butt), it might be worth it as you can use for bonus, rewrite parts, split it up for a newsletter, etc.

And yeah, expect to see anything with RR at it's lowest possible price, because most people can't sell.

most people do not care about devaluing the product.moreover who is to catch you if you violate the resell rights.if you give them at a lower price, the only thing it will do is create a good reputation for you to the general mass

This is definitely true. I mostly just use PLR as freebie stuff to give people who join my mailing list (if the PLR allows it, that is).

The benefit of PLR, in my opinion, is twofold:

    1) Gives you an idea of what to write about in the niche.
    2) Gives you a "baseline" of content that you can add to and flesh out.

Really, I use PLR for ideas and keywords. I wouldn't typically build a product solely from PLR. But if I'm building an XYZ website (let's say one about golf), and I buy a bunch of golf PLR, it gives me a huge clue as to what to write about -- and what questions people want answered. That's the value.

PLR and MRR products are underused. You can sell PLR. I have done that before. You can create a website with PLR and sell it for instant cash. I have done that. The are many sub-standard PLR. But I will only sell what I like and of certain quality. Just be creative.

Unfortunately many poor folks sell MRR and PRR products, they devaluate it by those "get 850 000 ebooks for $2" threads. And it's bad for them too, because they are making only $2-$5 on a sale. Even if they get lucky and sell 10 packages of those 'fantastic' products, they'll make only $20-$50. They make it impossible for themselves to make money by selling those products.

PLR/MRR/RR are good when such products are new and fresh. Look at the buy-sell-trade section of dp. there are always few members selling 25000 aricles/products for 5-6 $$$. Such products have no value and they are age old products.
