    Hello, I made another site and putting it for sale because of don't have time to continue with site (I need to prepare for exams!).
    Website is about photoshop brushes, patterns, gradients etc., in other words it is photoshop resource website.

    1. Website is not very new but is also not very old (~90 days old)
    2. Content is Unique (No copy-paste)
    3. Custom Domain Name (achodesign.com)
    4. Facebook Page Included (70 Likes)
    5. Monthly Revenue from BuySellAds can be $25 for one ad spot! If you put 4 ad spots it is already $100 month! (Remember, the more unique visitors = bigger price for adspots!)
    6. PR 2 (Updated some days ago)
    7. Webhosting / Domain from Namecheap for 1 Year!
    8. SEO Configured
    9. Wordpress Site

    Website is new, SEO Configured. Still, it has not very big amount of visitors but it will be much more if you will regulary add files.
