    i ve created this website just for me so its one of my favourite.
    I dont have time to promote it and i think there is some space for this.

    the price has

    - the domain name registered at godaddy and the following domains
    www.kissthispet.com, www.markmypet.com, www.myglobalpet.com, www.myglobalpets.com
    - Joomla installed(latest version), with a rate gallery and
    a commercial template inside.
    - forum bridged with main site
    - free hosting for the next year(if u want with this u can add a magazine component for 10$ in the total price)
    - captcha module for bot safe comments

    i start with 30$
    and my bin is 140$

    The main page, the cms, seems to be off centered. I am using IE 6. So you may want to tweak it for us IE 6 users ;)
