Nope you can not, read this and it will tell you the new rules. Looking at you signature, unless you are the owner of that site, it is also against the rules. It will be closed too.
Most of the sites which people sell accounts for explicitly disallow it. Therefore it is easier just to say no to all of them. If you have a problem trying to transfer an account you might be better talking to the site owner directly.

I can dance naked in the moonlight, does that count? I think the new rules are great and will help clean up the place a bit. Most accounts are bought with the intentions of spamming or scamming people so I think it is a move in the right direction.
i dont even think those sites officially allow such resales and sales of accounts though. better off to stop doing business and getting profit by violating the rules earlier (look from bright side)
It's a way of getting rid of spammers also - it's a good thing. But it might be allowed again some other time (for forum purposes).
I am not complaining. But theres somehing: i didnt know about the new rule. My posts were closed and the infections sign is on my profile!!!! WELL how i got that, because selling password was allow before, wasnt it?
Oh yes! Only you can see your infractions and you have to get 10 points before you get a temporary ban so don't sweat it.
