I am selling the site because I need the cash to pay off a car loan. This domain/website has been around for a while. Originally I bought the domain over 2 years ago to give to a friend, but the friend didn't want the domain. So, it went into my parking domain sites list. Recently I changed the script upon the site and it has started to explode with traffic and revenue. So far this month traffic from search engines has been steadily growing every day by leaps and bounds. This is due to the high number of pages indexed into google. This site is a set it and forget it type of website. The script it is using is a script created by me and grabs different rss information. The youtube portion is the part that got the most indexed page results.

Traffic is all from the search engines. I have provided different screen shots showing the different views of awstats. I did change servers from a shared hosting over to a resellers account a few months ago. Which is the reason for lack of traffic stats.
