Selling OpenSource Project and Website

I'm selling an open source, web based FLV player written in Flash and the brand new website I made for the player. It also has a Joomla 1.0 mambot and a php library - just really need some money atm. Whoever wins the site will have the option of paying me to make the mambot 1.5 compatible.

The site is 12 days old, though the player has been around on my site for a couple months. Version 2 has only ever been on this site.

The old page for the player was PR 5, but I'm guessing this one will be PR 6. If I can't get a solid offer I'll wait until the next PR update to sell the site.

The site is osflv.com (a nice domain name btw), you will also get the domain osflvplayer.com.

It is a wordpress site with a bbPress forum, SEO'd with meta descriptions for Yahoo. Akismet anti-spam w/ key, modified Buy Me a Beer donations plugin, HeadMeta meta tag plugin, WordPress.com Stats and key, Admin Drop Down Menu plugin.

The site has never received a donation (if it did I'd feel really bad selling it). I tried running adbrite on it for a day, here are the numbers, minus that.

Auction is for complete rights to the player, the mambot, the site and domains, a $50 yahoo voucher and a $50 adwords voucher, hotscripts account, and a $40 coupon for PR web. With Flash video becoming the hot thing on the web, this site has a ton of potential. It doesn't have to be adsense supported - you could make money selling plugins or integration services, or use it to sell a 3rd party script, especially for a YouTube clone site (what half the people who find the script are trying to make) Honestly, the site will probably never make a whole lot off adsense - start selling $100-500 PHP scripts through it though and you can have that bin paid off in less than a month.

This is a useful, custom wrote project and website -- not just some shitty ioncubed script I setup. It's a website people want to talk about and go to!

I'll lower the BIN to 3k, but you can bid anything.
