    It's a website that lets users choose tv shows to watch online :cool:

    Has little traffic daily. Normally around 10 visitors
    Domain is registered on heartinternet and can be transfered to other HI accounts if you want it.

    Shows, episodes and series can be easily added using the tempate pages
    Videos are hosted on youtube, dailymotion and putfile which makes it completely legal

    All he is doing is linking to youtube/dailymotion videos, so this is NOT illegal. If he hosted them himself, then yeah - he'd be breaking some laws then.
