Selling one of my big projects. A Forum with ~20k members, and great statistics!

This was my first site ever on the net, its what i worked so hard on to bring the site to its level its in right now. I have went through many struggles, spent over $5000 on this forum from the beggining, which included services, servers, technicle and much. But now i am giving it up, yup, i need money soon and giving up this site.

Its not in my interest to give this site up, but have got no other choice.

Site has over 70 Donated/VIP members that have paid for this. It also has ads that get $100+ everyday, as i charge $60/Month for a 468 banner.
