    9. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Sure.
    10. Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? No.
    11. What all does the site include? Content, domain (the new owner can take over the doamin account)

    No, it's not understandable.

I mean, it's not like I'm going to lose any sleep over not getting the site or anything, but, if you're going to set a BIN, you should honor the bin. Had he set a BIN of $25, I would have offered the $25. But that's not even what's important.

It's a matter of personal integrity. What's it say about a person when they can't even honor the terms they themselves set on their own sale? To me, it says don't bother bidding on any more of his sites, because you can't trust him.

Well, you do have a point. There are probably other people out here who do that.

But you have to look at it this way: say he is gonna go on a vacation soon and needs as much money as he can get. True, its not very cool to do what he did, but sometimes more money can change people. In this case it seems $5 is more important than integrity :-/

Maybe you should give him a negative rep point if you really think he deserves it, but you should maybe try to understand.

I didnt mean to "steal" the sale from anyone. If you still want the website, and the seller is willing, we can make an arrangement for you to buy it for the $20.

    cstamets? Konrad? What you think?

Nah... that's ok. You go ahead and keep it.

Like I said, I'm not losing any sleep over not getting the website. If it was some big, established money maker, I might feel differently. I'm just irritated that the seller didn't stick to his own terms.

    Thanks for the offer, though.
