    hi i have decided to sell my site nichedesign.net (pr3)
    my revenue is from fiverr gigs, and site has already made up to $200 from fiverr in a few months.. link sales, guestpost etc.
    I can use adsense on the site but i have another niche that i use adsense on and i dont wish to mix it up, i can prove it is not banned.
    I haven't done much SEO or any link building at all for the site, with all that the site has great potential.
    I have an other projects to concentrate on currently so I am selling this one.

    sure , i do not have analytics but i have statpress plugin for wordpress installed and it is accurate.
