Selling Selling Niche Sites - With Revenue - Going Cheap

I am selling 5 niche websites that are all making at least a little bit of money through adsense.

Stock Trading gets traffic from stock trading training through Google. It ranks at #5 right now but it goes all the way up to #1 and drops to #5 all the time. With some more link building it should be pretty easy to maintain the top spot. The Adsense earnings from the previous months are due in part to the #1 ranking. (Proof below)

myfoammattresstopper, telephonetable, and survivalknives should not be that hard to rank for, all you need to do is start building backlinks. These get traffic from article directories and some long tail keywords(not many). These sites are fairly new so there is not a lot of traffic or revenue here.

I am selling all these sites individually or in a package. If you want to buy all of them then I will sell them for only $475.
