    I am selling with the content (modified theme + unique articles). I can also give you 1 year of free hosting (no control panel access, just ftp+mysql) on my 1and1 hosting account.
    The domain was submitted to more then 200 web directories (and until now it was approved in more than 50) + i commented on several do follow blogs with good PR.

    Starting price is 30$.
