I'm selling a start up site, created around a well converting clickbank product: Amazing Cover letters. As this is a new site, it doesn't have much traffic or made any money yet, but with the right promotion, this site should be able to make some good money.

Some numbers for the main keyword "professonial cover letter":
broad search: 14800
phrase search: 9900
exact search: 3600

Without any promotion done for this site, it currently ranks on the third page in google for it's keyword. As said, with the right promotion done for it, you should be able to get to page 1.

Monetization:
For the moment I've used three ways to monetize it: adsense, a clickbank product and chitika.
