    Selling above website. The site is new ( about 3 weeks ) it has Wordpress installed and all u need to start working on it.

    Design was made using as inspiration viralnova and it is using a premium wp theme modified to meet the requirements i needed to.What am i selling is a complete website ready to go !
    Why i am selling is because i don`t have time for it ( personal issues )
    What is the big deal about it --> I have made it for myself and it has all that someone will need to start a website on this niche :

    also where is the rest of the traffic coming from... most is from referrals and others. plz share. very interested in the site. i have many of the same and was going to start another but will gladly take this over

    Content is original ( u can check with copyscape any article you want ) .
    The website is new so i have about 50 UV from search in total from the launch date. All are not provided.

    Most of the traffic is from social networks ( fb,twitter,stumbleupon,reddit,e.t.c.). Now is starting to get traffic from Google and Bing.
