That statement about getting kicked out of Google scared us.

 

How and why are yall still writing about this thread.

Unreal that yall cant look at the face value of the site and look how nothing makes sense and then poof GREAT stats show and your all like trained bears waiting to preform your next trick.

If the post doesnt look right it probably isnt and leave it alone. Have yall never heard if its too good to be ture it probablly is??

 

And the million dollar question is, would you be comfortable with ESCROW as a payment option and a 10 day hold on the money?

 

I also would purchase it as i spend this type of money going out on the weekend. P.M. me the reason you got banned. Im not that impressed with the site but with the traffic if these are the actual numbers.

 

I am also interested, but little bit worry because the site was banned from google. where traffic coming from , do you pay for advertising and also can you show the last 3 months earnings and stat

 

Until there are full stats including referrer, traffic, analytics, channel data, I'll stay out. Seller why don't you post all of this stuff and quiet the naysayers.

 

This is my dream. I get reincluded in Google and can go back to banking 5-figure checks each month. You guys can keep your money, and I keep the site.

I mention getting kicked out of Google first, because my goal is to be honest and straightforward. If you are that way with me, I reciprocate.

Things do seem to have changed somewhat since January. Before, Google had me completely out of the index. No bot visits, no cache, no links, nothing.

Now, at least, the bot has returned, and links are showing.

If I start appearing in the search results again, this sale is over.

Sure, no problem. You will be happy once you own this.

It is an aged domain search engines seem to like.

It has traffic, steady earnings, and there is no reason it can't grow further.

It has had a consistent eCPM for more than 18 months.

There is lots of stability here.

I guess that's the thing.

It makes no sense to me to put all that info together when it is unclear if anyone is able (let alone serious enough) to buy.

My situation is not that desperate yet.

You didn't reply my question, will you please tell us where the traffic referrer? And do you pay for advertising so that if I or other will buy the site they will know how to retain the traffic and earnings of the site

 

No offense, but the seller keeps staying away from posting any reliable stats. Instead of waiting for a "serious buyer", why don't you be a serious seller and provide everything if you are going to ask that much. You pretend it is hard to put everything together, but it is simple screenshots and uploading -- can't take more than 15 min of your time, which will make selling your site for $5k a lot easier.

Well somewhat in their defence the site has been around for quite sometime. Design wise it's quality is low compared to todays standards. Though when you look at the textual content of the site, I'm not sure how good it is, but how it is does make it rather search engine friendly.

I'm kinda surprised at some of the stats some of these sites are displaying, but I guess at the time it may have been better than others. Google probably affected it quite badly. The unique hits are definitely no where near the same, yet still quite substantial apparently.

 

Answer these and we trust you.

1. Why would you sell a site that earns around $1000 per day just for $5000 ? (can't you just wait for 5-6 days and earn all that instead of wasting those 5-6 days here arguing with us)

2. Since you have been earning so much, I cannot believe that you spent it all. You spent so much that you dont have money to pay your medical bill. Pfffff..

3. Why are you avoiding the relevant questions and only answering those which are favorable to you ? Scared... ?
