Selling Myspace Site Earning $350 Per Month NON Myspace Domain!

I am looking to sell my site layoutscube.com. The site is currently getting around 2000 uniques per day from search engines, links, and profiles. The site is earning $350 per month from Adsense ($70), ValueClick CPM banners (averages $6 per day), and from some link sales ($100 for 4 links sold). The site runs off the new MSLS script and has almost 200 unique Myspace layouts all added by me (these are not from any turnkey script). The MSLS script is very powerful and is nothing like any other script out there it is also very secure and the creators provide real support 12 - 14 hours a day 7 days a week through their forum.

The site comes with a full admin backend which lets you add layouts, manage categories, link exchange, ads, title and meta tags, perform database backups and optimization and switch site templates on the fly. The original script came with 3 different templates (2 I have modded for the site) and I have create a 4th template. You can switch between these templates on the fly from the admin CP without needing to do anything else (PM me for Admin Screenshots).

Adding new layouts is very easy with this site and there are 3 ways to do this 1. Import purchased MSRS layouts, to do this you just upload the layouts to the msrsimport folder, click on Import MSRS in the admin CP and then click import and all layouts are automatically added to the site (you can also specify which category you want them in or let the script choose I have uploaded 30 MSRS layouts in about 3 seconds) 2. The admin section also has a built in layout generator that lets your create and add layouts right from the admin CP (PM me for Screenshots) 3. Add layouts the normal way by giving it a name, choosing the thumb image, and adding the layouts code.

The site has been heavily SEO'd also ranks well for several keywords in Google, MSN, and Yahoo (ranking screenshot below)

The earnings for valueclick are still holding the same averaging $5 - $6 per day as in the original post.

 

How many recurring paid links to this site? Will you keep all the recip links from your network of sites?

Good traffic and revenue. I'd buy it but my money is tied up in about four projects already this month

 

I had YPN but my account was closed to "low quality traffic" back in January

 

If by recurring paid links you mean links I have bought on other sites there is one but its just a week to week thing. I dont have a network of sites I have only one other site now as I sold myspace-background-codes.com a few weeks ago and yes the one link from my other site will stay up.

no the site is up and running, I have not set a BIN yet

i have recently started with another host so if you buy the site i will "give" you the hosting as well which is paid until Feb 2008...the site is currently hosted with Jumpline.com under their J2-VDS plan

1. Can you provide a referrer breakdown?
2. Are the links month-to-month?
3. What stat tool are you using?

Stats are from Google analytics, the links I sold on my site are one month links and expire around April 20th. The referers from the 1st of march until today 32% Google, 22% hot-lyts.com, 5% profile.myspace, 5% direct type in, 36% other (link exchanges)

I assume you mean hot-lyts.com? Can I ask how much you are paying per week for this link?

 

the link is $80 a week, my site was previously getting 1400 uniques a day and was kinda stuck there so I bought a one week link to get my layouts on some more profiles to generate more referals from myspace user profiles and boost long term traffic which it has worked out nicely with referers from myspace.com increasing by over 25%

 

is this on on-going renewal? how many weeks have you renewed for?

if you are paying $320 a month for this link and grossing $350....you can see where i am going

No this is not an on going renewal I only paid for 2 weeks and after that was going to let it expire. The link was just to increase the sites presence on myspace to increase the sites referal traffic from myspace. Without this link the site still gets around 1600 uniques per day from search engine,link exchange, and myspace profile traffic. I would still expect the site to make $3 per day with adsense and average $5 per day with VC

 

$1700 no thanks the site is worth at least $2k itself not including the $175 I spent on content + $150 for the script
