Selling MySpace Resource websites

I have 2 myspace resource sites that I'm selling
www.modernmyspace.com
www.myspacemetro.com

both sites combined have been around for about 9 months or more. I had them originally hitting about 5,000 to 7,000 hits per month and just stopped promoting them because of work. they currently, together, will bring in about $45 to $50 per month without any promotion. currntly only 650 to 750 unique hits per day now.

Revenue comes from google adsense and valueclick

I bought both scripts close to a year ago.I don't know where any registration information is on either.. I can't remember where I bought the myspacemetro.com and I think.. I think I bought the modernmyspace from profilecms.com but I could be wrong - I still get emails from someone on updates

A valid license will increase the value of the goods being offered. The lack of a valid license will lower the value of the goods being offered.

I also am waiting on the answer regarding licenses before placing a bid.

Owning or selling scripts without licenses amounts to theft, and knowing the owner of this script there is a very good chance that if it is not licensed it will get shut down. Greg is pretty tough from what I hear in taking action against unlicensed users of his script.

MSRS script costs $297
ProfileCMS script costs $99

And this guy is selling for $300? I think it's perfectly valid to ask about the license situations.

If they are valid then the sites are a bargain.

 

yes i no greg but this script is mcsms and tony made that if i bought i would make sure to get my own license

 

ya, mcsms - that was the modernmyspace script I purchased. It's valid. I'm sure I can have it transferred. I also think since I purchased it I have access to the profilecms that is now on his site.

chimaera - there is no theft - both were purchased valid.
$300 is the starting price for the 2 sites.
